E&D, class 3 10+ Equipment inspection was conducted with the person in charge, Moel O. Construction had been completed. The establishment can stock and train. Permit is approved. Please address the following items prior to the final construction inspection: 1. Provide a hand sink with side splashguards next to the 3-comp sink. 2. Switch the hot and cold-water lines at the hand sink inside the women’s restroom. They are backward. Hot water must be on the left and cold water on the right. 3. Provide strainers for floor sink near the dry storage rack. 4. Provide drying racks for wares at the 3-comp sink since the 3-comp sink does not have drain boards. 5. Provide self-closers on restrooms’ door. 6. Provide new weather stripping on exterior doors. 7. Provide 3/8” radius cove base at cabinet bases. 8. Caulk and seal all trims at FRP, tiles, wall panels, around mop sink, prep sink, 3-comp sink, hand sinks, countertop and die-wall junctures and cove base and floor junctures. Seal any gap that has the thickness of a business card. The report was e-mailed to the contractor, Sam. Final construction inspection was scheduled for tomorrow. No county legal action will result from this inspection.
