Core-2-401.11, C: Eating, Drinking, or Using Tobacco-----Multiple pieces of partially eaten pizza stored on a speed rack over equipment and next to the prep table with open food used within the establishment. Partially drank water bottle stored in a the reach in cooler over establishment food items. PIC discarded partially eaten food and stated that the water bottle would be relocated. Ensure that employees eat and drink in designated areas away from open establishment items.
