This establishment received a(n) A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 0 Core violations on this inspection. Discussed with Fry's Store Manager regarding designation of a section in Walk in Freezer for Snow Fox to keep the products separated from The Meat Department to prevent possible raw meat above the ready to eat Sushi Graded Fish and the condiments. Label Snow Fox Sushi on shelf is needed. Will follow up on routine inspection. Inspector reviewed HACCP RECORD, verified proper calibration of PH apparatus, tested for sushi rice PH on site and PH recorded at 3.98 ppm No County legal action will result from this inspection.
