Discussed that bare hands should not touch ready to eat foods that will not undergo another heating process of at least 145*F. Had employee reheat sliders and buns to 145*F at the time of inspection. Discussed that barehand contact with ready to eat foods may increase the risk of foodborne illness.

This establishment received a(n) B Grade and had 1 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 0 Core violations on this inspection. Of note: Observed consumer advisory disclosure on menu items that are not offered raw/undercooked. Advised PIC to revised menu to include only menu items which can be served raw/undercooked to the customer. A copy of the report was emailed to the manager. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
