Inspection Comments

Plumbing inspection for a Class 2 10+ E&D permit was conducted with the owner Amie P. by appointment. The project is approximately 40% complete. Reviewed finishes, backflow installation, sink fixtures locations, and reviewed the menu. The chemical dispensers at the three compartment sink will not require a backflow install as long as the units are equipment ASSE 1055A internal airgaps. Please contact the Department to schedule the equipment inspection (50-75% completion) at 602.506.6824. MCESD inspection report was delivered via email. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
