Arrived at the establishment. Person in charge was informed they missed the Active Managerial Control Class. Person in charge stated they forgot to attend and they were signed up for a new class. A pattern of non-compliance for Priority violation #20, 3-501.16(A)(2) and (B), P: Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Cold Holding has been noted during their most recent routine inspection. The person in charge accepted the opportunity to attend the Department's Active Managerial Control Class. All pertinent establishment personnel should attend. Person-in-charge signed up for Thu, Feb 28, 2024 8:45 AM - 11:00 AM MST. Failure to correct repeat violations may result in legal action. A copy of this advisory was emailed. Due to the violations noted on this inspection report, County legal action may result from this inspection.
