Spoke with management to review Department's enforcement process for pattern's of non-compliance. Supervisor re-scheduled establishment to attend virtual Department Active Managerial Control class on 3/14/2024 from 8:45 AM-11:00 AM. Reviewed with management failure to attend class the class on 3/14/2024 and/or repeat violations may result in enforcement action.

Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
