Dish machine reading 0ppm chlorine at initial testing. Chlorine container was empty. PIC switched to a new chlorine container and primed machine. Machine read 50-100ppm after replacement and priming. Ensure warewashing staff are trained to test sanitizer levels and the proper concentration for each type (chlorine, quat) used at the establishment.

This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 1 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 0 Core Violations on this inspection. No catering orders at time of inspection. The majority of Plan Review related items have been corrected. All backflows have been installed as required. Correct the following remaining item prior to your routine inspection: 1) Have all testable backflow preventers tested (RPZs, SVBs). Maintain certificates on site for inspection. Backflow must be tested yearly. Discussed proper cooling methods and disposition of foods with PIC. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Report emailed to Kerrie.
