FD-88955. Permit not approved. Not operating at time of inspection. New owner inspection conducted with general manager, Bret and BJ. Report emailed to Bret. Please address the following prior to permit issuance: 1. Provide 30 gallon water heater to meet minimum requirement for a retail permit. Water heater that is currently installed (in ceiling) could not be verified for capacity but by height and brand indicates that is is about a 12gallon water heater. 2. Provide a NSF approved hand wash sink in area of 3 compartment sink (SPS-EH-2012-014), . Hand wash sink will need to have hot and cold water with direct or indirect (floor sink) drainage. Hand wash sink must be installed so that mop sink does not block access to 3 comp or hand sink. Hand sink may not drain to mop sink. Address the following in a 14 day period: 3. Have RPs (ASSE 1013 Reduced pressure backflow) tested and certified by licensed backflow specialist. Provide certificates. 4. Provide ASSE 1022 dual check valves for tea brewers. 5. Repair exhaust fan in restroom. 6. Paint bare wood shelves in closet with sealant, semi or high gloss paint. 7. Repair damage/holes to walls in back area. Finish with semi or high gloss paint. 8. Provide 4 inch or 6 inch vinyl cove base where missing in back room. Provide 4 inch cove base along cabinets under soda counter. 9. Clean shelving and walls in walk-in. 10. Remove cardboard under shelving in walk-in. 11. Clean shelving under coffee cabinet and reseal with a rust resistant/inhibitor finish. A certified food manager is required at time of approval. If not already obtained, please obtain your certified food manager certificate from an ANSI approved testing company. All other food handlers must obtain ANSI approved food handler certificates. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
