Class 2 Retail permit. Bret confirmed that they would like to pursue an E&D permit for the roller grill area. Not currently serving open foods. New owner inspection conducted with Nick. Emailed report to Bret. Address the following prior to first routine inspeciton. 1. Repair damage/holes to walls in back area. Finish with semi or high gloss paint. 2. Provide 4 inch or 6 inch vinyl cove base where missing in back room. Repair wall and provide base on west (next to walk-in), north (across walk-in) and east (under 3 comp) where missing/ Provide 4 inch cove base along cabinets under soda counter. 3. Clean shelving and walls in walk-in. 4. Remove cardboard under shelving in walk-in. No County legal action will result from this inspection.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
