E&D, class 4 10+ Final construction inspection was conducted with the superintendent, Jose H and store manager. New hood installation had been completed. Permit is approved. The salsa bar does not have the proper sneeze guard. The establishment can use the unit for pre-packaged salsas and condiments only. No open foods are allowed at the salsa bar. A sneeze guard with front, sides and top protection is required if open foods will be served at the salsa bar. Emailed the report to the superintendent and owner. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
