Core-5-203.12, C: Toilets and Urinals In restrooms, observed a household toilet seat being used in both the women's and men's restrooms. Discussed with the manager providing a U-shaped sanitary toilet seat before the next routine inspection. PIC stated that new toilet seats would be purchased and installed. Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Core-6-501.12, C: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions Observed heavy accumulation of dust along fans in fridge hanging directly over bins of dough. PIC removed fans and thoroughly cleaned them at time of inspection. Discussed cleaning all areas and maintaining clean at all times as to prevent accumulation of debris.

Must address the following items prior to next routine inspection: 1) Fully repair wall above 3 comp sink 2)Provide a finger or tool cove to the floor/wall junctures throughout the facility with a siliconized grout 3)Continue filling all wall holes throughout the facility with silicone.
