Plumbing inspection conducted with site superintendent, Kevin. At the time of this inspection, this project was about 20% complete. Inspection rights and inspection report was emailed to Kevin Please address the following items prior to the next inspection: 1. Ensure all floor drains are 50% visible for easy cleanability and service 2. Ensure all sinks have hot water (100^f) within 45 seconds 3. Provide 1 inch minimum air gap for the three compartment sink, food prep sinks, backflow prevention drainage lines, beverage machine drainage lines, ice machine drainage lines, walk in coolers/freezers, hot water heater, any water fed equipment 4. Ensure separate water line at the mopsink for chemical dispenser Please continue with construction according to plans, stipulation letter, and inspections. Please call (602) 402-3147 or the inspection request line 602-506-6824 for an equipment/construction inspection between 50 - 75% completion of project or if an additional onsite walk-through is needed. No county legal action will result from the inspection.

Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
