This establishment received an A Grade and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 0 Core violations on this inspection. Inspection rights accepted by Stephanie F. Report e-mailed to owner. Upon inspection, a remodel has taken place which may require an application and plans to be submitted, and/or additional permits. Please submit an application, supporting documentation, and fees within 7 business days or on or before May 4, 2023. During this site inspection it was observed that a low-temp mechanical dishwasher has been installed (per person in charge, 2 weeks prior to inspection) in back-of-house. PIC indicated that a soda "gun" dispenser set at larger bar area has been removed and will be replaced with a small mechanical dishwasher for glass wares. County legal action may result from this inspection. e.g.- Hand washing soap and paper towels not available at hand wash sink (may lead directly to food employees not properly washing hands when required)
Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
