OC Inspection - E&D Class 4 This inspection was conducted with the potential new owners. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Jamie P. at the time of this inspection. No county legal action will result from this inspection. This facility has not completed the ownership change. Correct the following prior to final permit approval; 1. Provide a certified, drinking water safe, RPZ backflow prevention device for the water supply line to the soda fountain carbonators. to replace the current 1022 device All piping and fittings on the downstream side of this device must be plastic or stainless steel, no copper or brass. 2. Provide a certified, RPZ backflow prevention device for the water supply line to the patio mister system. 3. The rim of the scrap sink next to the dishwasher is cracked and leaking in several places. This sink must be welded and finished to be waterproof, smooth and easily cleanable. 4. The atmospheric vacuum breaker on the water supply to the main mechanical dishwasher us broken and leaking behind the machine. Repair this AVB to be fully functional. 5. Provide a separate drain pipe for the ice bin at the main soda fountain and repair the waste drain line at this soda fountain to slope properly to the floor sink. Both drain lines must have a minimum 1 in. air-gap between the ends of the pipes and the flood rim of the floor sink they drain into. 6. Provide a proper and cleanable brace or bracket for the three compartment sink drain pipe that is currently being held up by plastic wrap. 7. Properly attach and seal the cook line hand sink to the wall and repair the holes in the short wall to the left of this sink. 8. Clean the floors in the walk-in freezer and walk-in refrigerator. 9. Clean the grease from the exhaust hood and from all the cooking equipment and floor beneath the hood. 10. Clean the floor in the walk-in keg refrigerator. 11. Repair the cutting boards in the main cooking area to be smooth and easily cleanable. 12. Provide metal cove base at the floor/wall junctures on the outside front portions of the main walk-in and keg walk-in refrigerators 13, Provide vinyl cove base at the floor/shelf junctures in the front utensil station area. 14. Every door gasket for every prep cooler in the main cook line area is damaged and needs to be replaced.
