Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that handwashing cleanser must be available at handwashing sink at all times. PIC restocked handwashing cleanser at time of inspection. Discussed importance of providing hand soap to ensure proper hand washing with the PIC. Repeat violation (2nd consecutive). PIC removed all items from hand wash sink at the time of inspection. Hand wash sinks must be accessible at all times and may only be used for hand washing.

PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-204.11, P: Sanitizers, Criteria-Chemicals - Observed a sanitization bucket with quat sanitizer near the handwashing sink at the front of house, which tested above 400 ppm. Person in charge (PIC) dumped sanitizer and remade sanitizer solution & the sanitizer solution retested at 200 ppm. Sanitizer must test between 200 to 400 ppm & must be tested every time solution is made. Priority Foundation-7-202.11, Pf: Restriction-Presence and Use - Observed can of Raid and and roach spray being stored on top of some boxes in the back of house near the bathroom. Instructed person in charge (PIC) to remove can of Raid Ant and Roach spray and ensure that pest control may only be performed by a licensed pest control company. PIC removed can of Raid Ant and Roach spray at time of inspection. Repeat violation (2nd consecutive).

This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 1 Priority, 3 Priority Foundation and 1 Core Violations on this inspection. Core-2-102.12(A), C: Certified Food Protection Manager Observed no Certified Food Manager (CFM) onsite at time of inspection. Person in charge was unable to produce a certified food protection manager certificate. A CFM is required to be on the premises during all hours of operations. Provide a CFM onsite by next routine inspection. Repeat violation (2nd consecutive). Of Note: - Discussed date marking procedures with person in charge (PIC). - The Environmental Services Department will begin emailing permit card(s) and permit invoice(s) to permittees in the coming months.
