Inspection Comments

Equipment inspection for new Tea Lounge in Suite #4 Construction is complete but not approved at this time. The permit is not approved. Operating without permit approval may result in county legal action. Address the following items: (1) Provide a self closing door and split front sanitary toilet seat in the customer restroom. (2) Remove food/drink product from the staff restroom. It may not be stored there (3) Cover/tape all exposed ceiling insulation through out where open to ceiling (4) The concrete floors must be finish smooth and all saw cuts/joints filled in flush with the concrete (5) Provide a reduced pressure zone (RPZ) backflow assembly on the water line isolating the reverse osmosis water system (6) The non commercial air fryer and mixer must be removed and/or replaced with NSF commercial equipment (7) The induction burners may only be used to boil water. Any product creating grease laden vapors will require a class 1 grill hood. (8) Caulk all penetrations, provide escutcheons where missing, caulk all holes in the walls. Report auto emailed. No county legal action will result from this inspection.
