Observed hand washing sink blocked with ice chest in front of sink. Also observed containers stored inside of hand washing sink in back kitchen area. Discussed with PIC that hand washing sink must be accessible to use and cannot be used for any other purpose but hand washing. Priority Foundation-6-301.12, Pf: Hand Drying Provision. Observed hand washing sinks closest to front counter and hand sink in kitchen without hand drying provisions. Discussed with PIC that all handwashing sinks need to have hand drying provisions. Paper towels were placed at hand sinks.

Observed boba with no time stamp or logs on time as controlled, per PIC boba was made 2 hours prior. Discussed with PIC that all items on time as controlled are required to be logged or marked per policy. Boba was discarded.
