Construction- follow up inspection on the previous inspection Please address the following items prior to the routine inspection: 1) Reattach the rubber cove base at the mop sink room and provide additional rubber base at the FRP. Please seal the gap from bottom of the cove base to the floor. 2) Within 2 weeks, provide undercounter commercial refrigerator and freezer to store foods intended for the customers. The household fridge and freezer are not acceptable. Please send pictures of the commercial equipment. 3) Provide a self-closure device to the employee restroom door. 4) Fill the expansion joint on the concrete floor with self-leveling concrete. Please clean out the gaps first before applying the filler. Ensure the filler is the same level at the floor. Provide several coats of marine grade sealant on the floor. All food products within 5 feet of customers must be maintained with lids at all times to prevent contamination from consumers. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Report is emailed to the owner.

e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
