Inspection Comments

OC inspection for a Class 3 10+ E&D permit was conducted with owner Brett G. by appointment. The establishment was closed and not operating at time of inspection. The permit is not approved. Please address the following items prior to the OC re-inspection: 1) Relocate the walk-in cooler condensate pump to the exterior of the walk-in cooler. Provide an audible alarm for the condensate pump. 2) Provide a 1" minimum air gap for the bar dump sink drain above the floor sink. 3) Provide ASSE 1022 dual check backflows for the non-carbonated beverage equipment. 4) Caulk-in all escutcheon plates and plumbing penetrations throughout the facility. 5) Provide all missing cleanout coveres, as needed. 6) Provide rubber cove base to the floor/millwork junctures at the bar. 7) Provide sanitary napkin containers to the women's stalls and uni-sex restrooms. At the OC re-inspection, ensure hot water measuring 120' F minimum is provided to the plumbing system and all refrigerators are on and measuring at 41' F or below. MCESD inspection report was delivered via email. No County legal action will result from this inspection.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
