Re-inspection for new business owner. Walked site with PIC Upon re-inspection, nothing has been corrected and the following list of items must be corrected: (1) Re-caulk both kitchen hand sinks and the 3 comp sink to the wall. (2) Re-route the drain manifold for the 3 compartment sink to the floor sink, Cap old sewer connection. (3) Repair leaking hot water faucet on the mop sink. (4) Calk pipe penetration at the mop sink, secure the drain cover of the mop sink. (5) Caulk all escutcheons to the wall. (6) Caulk all the holes in the walls. (7) Install a split front, commercial toilet seat in the restroom. (8) Re-caulk the grill hood canopy where it meets the walls. Use a metal colored silicone. (9) Install missing outlet covers where missing (10) Re-grout the quarry tile coved base near the side door. (11) Eliminate the gap between the coved base at the wall behind the pizza prep refrigeration. (12) Provide escutcheons for missing sprinkler heads (13) Provide a water fill faucet in pizza sauce prep area, for filling of water. Filling water from hand sink or 3-compartment sink is not approved. You are hereby notified that you are operating this establishment in violation of the MCEHC. Per Chapter 1, Regulation 4(a) “No person shall conduct an operation or operate an establishment for which a permit is required without holding the necessary and valid permit to do so, unless otherwise specified in this Environmental Health Code.” County legal action may result due to violations observed during this inspection. Please note that if you select payment via online, the annual operating permit fee invoice may take up to 7 business days to post online. Also, checks and money orders are accepted via US Mail. If you select payment via US Mail, for further instructions please refer to the printed invoice. No operating permit is valid, until the permit fee is received by the Department.
