Missing grout around several tiles. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). =====Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable.

This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 1 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 2 Core Violations on this inspection. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Re-inspection to be conducted on Monday Print out copy of inspection report was provided and reviewed with the establishment. Reviewed and discussed: chemical labeling procedures; equipment maintenance. A Training Inspection was offered to the person in charge and was declined. Establishment is in process of deep cleaning vent hood system. Of note: Establishment is currently doing school lunch. This will require a separate Food Processor Permit with Maricopa County. Of note: Establishment may be doing future remodeling requiring water pipe and electrical wiring. This may require a remodel review with Maricopa County. Recommend: re-sealing/replacing grease trap cover. OC inspection issues to be corrected are: (1) Re-caulk both kitchen hand sinks and the 3 comp sink to the wall. (2) Re-route the drain manifold for the 3 compartment sink to the floor sink, Cap old sewer connection. (3) Repair leaking hot water faucet on the mop sink. (4) Calk pipe penetration at the mop sink, secure the drain cover of the mop sink. (5) Caulk all escutcheons to the wall. (6) Caulk all the holes in the walls. (7) Install a split front, commercial toilet seat in the restroom. (8) Re-caulk the grill hood canopy where it meets the walls. Use a metal colored silicone. (9) Install missing outlet covers where missing (10) Re-grout the quarry tile coved base near the side door. (11) Eliminate the gap between the coved base at the wall behind the pizza prep refrigeration. (12) Provide escutcheons for missing sprinkler heads
