E&D, class 2 0-9 OC inspection was conducted with the person in charge, Frank D. The establishment is open and operating. Locations that provide food for other establishments must have food processor permit. An additional permit is required for this purpose. The person in charge must be a certified food protection manager. Maintain all managers and food handlers’ certifications on site for inspection purpose. Please address the following items prior to the routine inspection: 1. Re-install the door for the washer/ dryer closet. Door was removed. 2. Noted there are bicycles, trays, containers storing inside and in front of the hand sink of the ware washing area. Do not block any hand sink. Maintain hand sink free of any barrier, items, and easily accessible for usage. 3. Provide a separate area for bicycles. The bicycles cannot be in the food production areas. 4. Provide a separate area for chemicals. Noted a bottle of chemical spray bottle stored on the shelf above the cleaned wares rack. 5. Maintain areas tidy and clean. Noted food, dirt, organic matter accumulation throughout the facility. Used trays of pizza dough were laying haphazardly on the floor. Vents are full of accumulation. Failure to maintain the facility in accordance to law may result with County legal action. No county legal action will result from this inspection. Report is auto-email to the owner and email to the district manager.
