Inspection Comments

2nd OC re-inspection was conducted with the person in charge, Chelsea B. The establishment is open and operating. A food processor permit is required if the establishment is serving foods to school. Within 10 business days, please address the following items: 1. Provide an additional hand sink at the 3-comp sink’s area. Sink must have hot and cold water and side splashguards if it is within 24 inches of sinks, or prep areas. 2. Repair/ replace faucet of the front service hand sink. The faucet cannot shut off and water is continuously running. 3. Provide a drainpipe for the drain port of the pizza make table. Wastewater cannot discharge to a temporary bucket and must be discharged indirectly to the sanitary sewer. 4. Provide a hub drain for the drainpipes from the AC unit and the drain port of the pizza prep table. 5. Provide the self-closer for the restroom’s door. 7. Provide missing cove base and threshold tiles on the wall and floor along the back door. 8. Fill gaps between the cove base and floor tiles. 9. Caulk and seal any gaps, cracks and penetrations throughout. This includes holes around pipe penetrations, electrical conduits, holes, and fire sprinkler inside the walk-in unit. 10. Replace broken / cracked/chipped floor tiles where needed. 11. Provide split toilet seat for the toilet. 12. Repair / replace the damaged wall at the manager’s table. 13. Provide 3/8" radius metal cove base at wall and floor juncture of the stainless steel panel under the hood. Due to violations noted in this report County legal action may result from this inspection. Emailed the report to the area manager and owner.
