Core-6-201.13, C: Floor and Wall Junctures, Coved, and Enclosed or Sealed--During inspection observed the stainless steel wall juncture partially hanging off the wall. The person in charge will re-enforce the stainless steel wall juncture with glue. Ensure to maintain floor and wall junctures, coved, enclosed and sealed at all times. Core-6-501.11, C: Repairing-Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods--During inspection observed a small hole in the wall near the dry storage area. In a second instance observed a lag vertical gap located between the walls near the fire backdoor. Please ensure to maintain physical facility in good repair at all times.
