Safari Grill re-inspection. Almost all items were corrected. Please continue with:. 1). Water valve on the coke equipment is leaking in the side room, please repair. 2). Restroom door will need to be made self closing. 3). Backflow valve is scheduled to be replaced. Receipt was provided. At the upcoming remodel the front counter damage will need to be addressed. e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced
food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance
with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
