Replace light bulbs in the lights in the dish wash area. 11). Replace washer in prep sink faucet neck. 12). Re-caulk the three compartment sink. 13). Provide paper towels and soap at the back hand wash sink. 14). Re-mount the walk-in condensate drain. This establishment/operation has been evaluated and qualifies for the issuance of the permit.
