Inspection Comments

Pre-final walk through with superintendent and owner. The following items will be and are being finished up before the final inspection: 1). Front and back door will have a threshold. Make sure to bridge the gap in the flor between the threshold and the tile. 2). Doors will require door sweeps to close any gap under the door. 3). Caps will be installed at the end of the walls, at the pony all at the front. Where the caps stand open from the wall, silicone the joints. 4). Front area base tile will be grouted in at the counter junctures. 5). Front counter will be siliconed at the pony wall juncture. 6). Make sure to bundle the low voltage lines at the desk, install a chase along the wall through the ceiling if that works better. 7). Caulk remaining opening at the top of the desk to the wall, some caulk missing front left. 8). Install a faucet with a neck that reaches all three compartments. 9). Three compartment sink will be re-plumbed and waste to the floor sink under the sink. 10). Tempered water at sufficient flow will need to be available at all hand wash sinks. 11). Install washer box trim in laundry closet. 12). Toile will be finished up at the mop sink, after that mop sink caulked in. 13). Provide an elbow down for the water heater condensate. 14). Flue collar on the oven will be installed flashing off the flue tp the ceiling. 15), Hand wash splash guards will be mounted to the sides with a screw and then siliconed. 16). Sneeze guard will be installed in the front counter bridging the gap between the raised pony wall and the wall. Construction is at 95%. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
