Plumbing Inspection - E&D Class 4 This inspection was conducted on site with the project manager. A PDF copy of this inspection report was emailed to Hunter S. at the time of this inspection. Correct the following prior to final permit approval; 1. Food establishments with mechanical dishwashers require a minimum 75 gallon capacity water heater. Provide a minimum 75 gallon capacity water heater on a stand that allows for cleaning underneath. 2. Provide waterproof material such as FRP on the walls behind, underneath and around the three compartment sink, food prep sink and mop sink. 3. Provide a sneeze guard that is at least 60 in. high from the floor for any open food or prep areas that will be exposed to customers. 4. Provide a cove base finish at all floor/wall junctures throughout the facility including the large storage area and restroom. 5. Provide ventilation to the outside for the restroom and provide a self-closing door for the restroom. 6. All floors in the facility must be finished to be non-absorbent and smooth enough to be easily cleanable. This includes the large storage room. 7. Provide a dedicated water line at the mop sink for any chemical dispensers that will be installed there. Mop sink faucets cannot be used to supply water to chemical dispensers. 8. Provide a certified RPZ backflow prevention device for any water supply line that feeds RO systems or soda fountain carbonators. All piping and fittings on the downstream side of these device must be plastic or stainless steel, no copper or brass. 9. The walls inside the storage room area must be finished to be non-absorbent and easily cleanable. No county legal action will result from this inspection.
