Pre-final walk trough with superintendent. The following items were discussed: 1). Grout will be touched up where there are holes in the grouting in the restrooms. Tile will be finished up at the back room entrance. 2). Where the base is loose in the back room it will be re-attached. 3). Wall penetrations will be finished out at the walls near the soda system, both sides. 4). Where the FRP is cut wide, please fill in and push the escutcheon back. 5). Mop sink at the subway side will be caulked in. 6). Side door will receive a threshold and door sweep. 7). The backflow valve will need to be tested and certified. No County legal action will result from this inspection. E-mailed report.
