Vacuum packaging is not approved until Variance EHV-2246 receives MCESD approval. 2. Clean the soil and debris from the two large freezer units on the outside west end of the building. The inside of these units must be put on a cleaning schedule to prevent the buildup of soil and debris inside. 3. Provide a hard pipe such as PVC or ABS drain pipe for the condensate from the two large freezer units on the outside west end of the building. These drain pipes must have a P-trap in the line that protects both units. The condensate must drain to a gravel filled dry well with good drainage to prevent standing water. A 3 ft. x 3ft. gravel area should be sufficient. 4. Provide a smooth, non-absorbent, easily cleanable finish to the rough and unfinished floor areas in the storage room where the old walk-in refrigerator used to be installed. 5. Finish installing the vinyl cove base finish at the floor wall junctures in the storage room. 6. Provide self-closers for the restroom door and back door.
