Observed multiple food containers being stored in hand sink by three compartment sink. Discussed with PIC that hand sinks must be accessible at all times and cannot be used to store any items. Observed cooked boba portioned out in plastic wrap in container being stored in room temperature (time as controlled was not being used) on shelf next to prep table, per PIC cooked boba was placed in container the night prior. Discussed with PIC that boba is a time/temperature controlled for safety food. Boba was discarded.
