Observed several TCS food items (time/temperature control foods) with no date marking. Food items included ready to eat breakfast burritos with eggs and meat and containers of mixed cream cheese. The person in charge stated the burritos had been prepared 5 days ago and the cream cheese over 24 hours ago. Person in charge added correct datemarks to products. Discussed proper date marking with the person in charge.

Accurate test kit/ device must be available. Spoke to the person in charge about obtaining sanitizer test strips prior to reinspection on August 3, 2023 (10 days).

Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control.
