Equipment inspection for a Class 4 10+ E&D permit was conducted with superintendent Michael F. by appointment. The project is approximately 90% complete. The facility is approved to stock and train. Please ensure the following items are addressed by the completion of the project: 1) Provide an ASSE 1013 reduced pressure backflow preventer upstream of the bar glass rinsers. Certify and provide a test report. 2) Provide an ASSE 1013 reduced pressure backflow preventer upstream of the steam table, if an auto-fill/submerged inlet is present. 3) Provide details regarding the proposed IPM system. All pest control measures will need to be installed prior to the final construction. 4) Ensure all drain lines at the bar are rigid piped and indirectly plumbed to the floor sinks with 1" minimum air gaps. 5) Install ASSE 1022 dual checks on each water supply line going to the coffee and tea brewers. 6) Caulk-in all escutcheon plates and plumbing penetrations throughout the facility. 7) Trim the foam sealant at the chasse lines flush and provide a smooth layer of silicone. At the final construction inspection, ensure hot water measuring 120' F minimum is provided and all refrigerators are on and measuring at 41' F or below. MCESD inspection report was delivered via email. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
