Emailed copy of inspection report to the establishment. A Training Inspection was offered to the person in charge and was declined. Reviewed and discussed: date marking; cross contamination prevention procedures. Recommend: replacing/deep cleaning frp panels all around the dish machine area. OC inspection issues to be completed prior to next routine inspection: 1) Have RPZ for steamer tested. Maintain certificate on site. Backflow must be tested yearly.
