OC Re-inspection. Walked with Noah. Correct the following item prior to your routine inspection: 1) Provide test strips for chlorine sanitizer. PIC stated owner ordered chlorine test strips during inspection. Owner has completed a Certified Food Manager (CFM) course, and via email states employees are in process. Ensure there is a CFM on site at all hours of operation. As a reminder, since your permit is approved, the annual permit fee is due for payment. Payment can be made online at esd.maricopa.gov or over the phone at 602-506-6824 option 2. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Report emailed.

Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
