Observed the following TCS foods being carried over for next service day: cut lettuce, cut cabbage, cut tomato, frozen fries (curly and crinkle cut), frozen tater tots, raw bacon, hot dogs, sliced deli meats (ham, turkey), raw pork chorizo, sliced raw pork, raw shell eggs, and sliced cheese (Swiss and American requiring refrigeration). TCS foods shall not be carried over and used the following service day. Operator voluntarily discarded items at time of inspection.
