At the time of inspection, containers of cooked pork sausage, shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced American cheese, raw pork chorizo, chicken/pork hot dogs, sliced ham, mayonnaise with shredded cheese mixed in, shredded cheese blend, and raw shell eggs at 44-60 degrees Fahrenheit were in the lower section of the refrigerated prep table. Per employee, the items were placed in the refrigerator greater than four hours earlier. The employee voluntarily discarded the items. Please ensure all time/temperature controlled for safety foods held cold at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below.
