At time of inspection, refrigerated prep table was holding cold at 48 degrees Fahrenheit. Please ensure that all equipment can hold cold at 41F or colder. No time-and-temperature control for safety (TCS) foods were inside the cooler at time of inspection. Per operator, no TCS foods will be stored in two upright refrigerators which were holding cold properly. Per operator, no TCS foods will be stored in prep table until repairs are completed.
