There was also small bits of plastic floating in the solution. Per operator, the cylinder contained small holes at the bottom to where only water can enter. Operator was instructed to disconnect system and have the system completely cleaned out and sanitized before being reconnected to the filtration system.

C: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions --- Standing water is pooling up on the top side of the holding tanks underneath the ice container as a result of ice melting on to the tanks. The water must be removed from the top of the tanks and drained so that no standing water is allowed on the premises. Spoke with operator regarding methods to avoid the pooling of water in the future. Standing water must be avoided to discourage organic growth.
