Observed employee prepping ready to eat food with bare hands. Discussed with the operator that bare hand shall not come in contact with exposed RTE foods, suitable utensils such as deli tissue, spatulas, tongs, single-use gloves, or dispensing equipment shall be used. Operator corrected by educating staff and gloves were used on ready to eat food.
