Observed several large containers stacks in front of the hand washing sink. Discussed with owner that A HANDWASHING SINK shall be maintained accessible at all times for EMPLOYEE to wash their hands. Staff corrected by removing items during the inspection.

PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-202.12, P: Conditions of Use Observed the in-used chlorine sanitizer solution in a bucket located at the three compartment sink measures above 200 PPM when tested. Discussed with owner that chlorine sanitizer should measure between 50-100 PPM for proper sanitizing of food contact surfaces. Sanitizer solution was remade and it tested between 50-100 ppm.

Priority Foundation-5-103.11, Pf: Capacity-Quantity and Availability Observed no hot water available at the sinks, in the mobile unit during this inspection. Per the owner, the hot water takes over three minutes or longer to come through the faucet. Discussed with owner that hot water generation and distribution systems shall be sufficient to meet the peak hot water demands throughout the food establishment. Owner contacted the technician and repair was done during the inspection.
