~MCEHC Chap. 8, Sec. 3, Reg. 5c; Mobile food establishment does not have current commissary agreement on file. - Food establishment has a current City of El Mirage commissary agreement, however the establishment does not have current commissary logs. Advised person in charge (PIC) that commissary logs shall be readily available to ensure the mobile food establishment is taking on, and discharging wastes safely, daily. PIC stated they will obtain commissary logs as soon as possible.

Chlorine sanitizer was at 100ppm. Discussed ensuring chlorine sanitizer concentration is between 50 - 100ppm with chlorine sanitizer test strips.
