PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-402.13, P: Conveying Sewage --- At time of inspection, it was observed that the gray water discharge valve was leaking. The operator was asked to ensure that the valve was closed all the way. Operator managed to tighten up the valve. Leaking was corrected. All sewage must be effectively contained within the plumbing system and holding tank without the presence of leaks at all times.

Inspected at the southeast corner of N Cotton Ln/W Cactus Rd in Surprise, AZ. Discussed the following with operator: 1) Methods of better maintaining cold holding temperatures 2) Adding equipment to the push cart in a compliant fashion. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
