Priority Foundation-4-301.11, Pf: Cooling, Heating, and Holding Capacities-Equipment. ====At time of inspection main three door refrigerator is not plugged in and not able to be below 41*F. Notified Person In Charge (PIC). Per PIC the unit is not able to maintain temperature below 41*F at this time. Technician has been called to repair unit.===All refrigerators need to be at 41*F or below ambient temperature to maintain tcs food below 41*F. Facility Inspection conducted with R.S. #871 Facility will not open until refrigeration unit is in good working order. Recommend: Deep cleaning around grill station floors. Barbeque covers for all open grills. Re-inspection: Monday July 12th Inspection rights accepted by Dale H. Report e-mailed. OK to renew. Please provide 2023 commissary agreement via e-mail.
