Two-door refrigerated prep table was holding at 54 degrees Fahrenheit during the inspection. No TCS foods were inside. Please ensure all refrigeration can hold cold at 41F or lower. Per operator, only non-TCS beverages and products will be stored in the refrigerator until repairs are completed. The primary refrigerator in the mobile food unit was holding cold properly.
