This establishment is not participating in the award program at this time and had 0 Priority, 0 Priority Foundation and 1 Core Violations on this inspection. Inspection rights accepted by Esthela JM. Report e-mailed. Per operator, freezer is being replaced due to a mechanical problem. Keep all TCS products on unit cold with dry ice until new freezer is installed. Discussed months of operation with operator. Establishment will not be operating until August. Months of operation reduced. Please reach out to the Mobile Food Office at (602)506-6824 and provide updated operating location and times once service resumes. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Inspected at 6211 N 88th Ave.
