Unit did not qualify for permit issuance due to the following: 1) The water pressure is metered and is currently set to run for only 17 seconds before shutting off. Timing must be adjusted to allow water to run for at least 20 seconds. 2) The water temperature was able to maintain a maximum temperature of 93F. Water temperature must be able to achieve and maintain a temperature of at least 100F. 3) A splash guard must be installed between hand wash sink and right drainboard. 4) The window service opening is currently at an area greater than 324 square inches. Opening area must be reduced to 324 square inches or below. 5) The refrigeration unit inside of the unit is a household freezer/refrigerator combo. Operator must obtain an NSF/ANSI certified refrigeration unit. Maria H. received inspection rights information. Inspection report printed. No County legal action will result from this inspection.
