Mobile food(MF) unit not found at permitted location. Discussed availability of MF unit with PIC of Goodwill#80, and they were unable to verify that any mobile food unit used their establishment as a hub for the sale of any food products. PIC stated the MF unit has not been present on the property since she began working as a manager 1-2 years ago. Reached out to permit owner via phone at time of inspection, the line is automated and will not connect you with a live operator. No County legal action will result from this inspection.

Core violation is a minor violation that relates to general maintenance and sanitation.
e.g. -No sign reminding employees to wash hands
Verification Visits are inspections of establishments enrolled in the MCESD Cutting Edge Program, which requires an enhanced
food safety program and ongoing demonstration of active managerial control. Verification Visit inspections found in compliance
with Cutting Edge program requirements receive an “A” grade.
