Please ensure the following are corrected prior to routine inspection: -Chest freezer was only able to hold cold at 66 degrees Fahrenheit and refrigerated prep table was only able to hold cold at 53F at time of inspection. Please ensure all equipment can hold cold at 41F or lower. -Significant amounts of food debris and residue were observed on the food contact surfaces of the chest freezer. Please ensure all food contact surfaces are clean to sight and touch. -At time of inspection, observed a significant leak in the plumbing underneath the 3-compartment sink by the right-hand-side basin. Ensure that plumbing systems are kept in good working conditions and no leaks are occurring. No County legal action will result from this inspection. Inspected at Mobile Food Office.
